We’ve partnered with industry leaders like AO and DCI, who have designed and delivered over 100,000 units of modular housing. We know that coordination between the modular and non-modular scopes of a project requires experience in both, and we bring that expertise to the table.
Factories
While any factory can build an apartment, Cloud-certified factories understand our designs and assemblies and have production lines that are suited to build our standardized units efficiently. Factories also play a large role in whether projects receive sufficient financing, which is a key part of our partner and project team selection criteria.
General Contractors
Efficient site execution is critical for preserving the cost and time savings achieved in the factory. In addition to expert project coordination between the field and factory, Cloud provides intelligence gained from years of modular project delivery.
