PHASE 1

Early

Phase 3

Design & Engineering

We will provide Cloud Apartments drawings and submittals for Factory-Built Housing permitting in coordination with the site Architect of Record. Cloud will serve as the Modular Architect Of Record and Modular Engineer of Record, stamping the relevant drawings.

You’ll receive:

  • Permit-ready construction drawings and coordination plan
  • Submitted state and city permits

Phase 4

Construction & Implementation

We will manage cost and quality controls of the project by overseeing factory manufacturing, transportation logistics, site delivery, and on-site contractor module installation.

  • Case study with expected vs. actual cost/time metrics
